The verdict
What we thought
The Rhino is a very promising startup with one of its biggest strengths being the combination of good quality and affordable prices.
What stood out to us beyond the food was the passion behind the concept. The chef/owner was extremely welcoming and clearly cares a lot about what he is building.
The appetizers were the highlight of our visit and earned our highest dish score.
The burgers were good overall and offered solid value for their prices, but we felt that several of them had flavor profiles that were too close to one another. We'd love to see The Rhino push the burger menu further with more creative toppings, sauces and combinations that give each burger a stronger identity of its own.
The Fajita was our least favorite item and has the most room for improvement.
Overall, this is a startup we enjoyed discovering. The prices are accessible, the quality is good for what you're paying, and there's genuine passion behind the concept.
We'd recommend The Rhino when you're looking for a casual, budget-friendly fast bite.
