The verdict
The taste was generally good, and we enjoyed the overall experience at Beirut Bowls. Presentation was a major highlight, with the bowls arriving looking very appetizing and well put together.
The portions were satisfying, but the amount of carbohydrates felt a little overwhelming. These are filling healthy meals that can work particularly well for someone looking for a substantial meal or who is in a bulking phase.
The Smashed Burger Bowl was the standout dish of the trial, while the Homemade Chicken Shawarma Bowl was our least favorite.
Overall, Beirut Bowls delivered an enjoyable Healthy Wednesday experience with good flavors, excellent presentation, and generous portions.
