The verdict
Deek Duke's diet menu genuinely impressed us because it proves that eating according to your macros doesn't have to mean sacrificing enjoyment.
The Chicken Power Bowl was the standout. Its taste is very good, but its biggest strength is the balance: with 75g of protein, 65g of carbs and only 17g of fat, it delivers the kind of nutritional profile that makes it a top option for someone following a structured diet while still wanting a meal they can actually enjoy.
The Kale Halloumi Salad was light, fresh and very tasty, while still packing an impressive 46g of protein.
The Chicken Avocado Sandwich was another pleasant surprise. The sourdough bread was excellent, and the combination made it feel like a proper satisfying sandwich rather than a compromise you'd normally associate with diet food.
Overall, this is exactly what we want from Healthy Wednesday: food that helps you stay on track with clear macros while still making you look forward to your meal.
