Meat the Sandwich
Very good taste and delicious bread, but the sandwich needs more filling, especially protein, to justify its price.

“Salsa has potential, especially with its delicious bread, but the filling quantities, flavor, and value for money need significant improvement.”

The verdict
Healthy Bread, But Where's the Filling?
For this Healthy Wednesday episode, we tried three sandwiches from Salsa in Sin El Fil: Meat the Sandwich, Salmacado, and Fit Chick.
One thing immediately stood out: the bread was genuinely delicious. Unfortunately, the filling didn't live up to it.
Meat the Sandwich was our favorite, earning 8/10 from both Elie and Bachir. It delivered very good flavor, but for $13, we expected a more generous portion of filling.
Salmacado was average in taste, with limited filling that made its $15 price difficult to justify.
Fit Chick was the biggest disappointment. At $11, it lacked both flavor and a satisfying amount of filling, earning 5.5/10 from both reviewers.
Our biggest concern is the balance between bread and protein. When a sandwich is marketed as healthy or light, we expect a thoughtful balance of ingredients, not a large amount of bread with very little filling.
On the positive side, cleanliness was excellent, packaging was good, and the delivery experience was satisfactory.
However, with value for money scoring just 4/10, the overall experience fell short of our expectations.

Average taste with a disappointing amount of filling. The bread-to-filling ratio needs improvement, especially considering the price.

Disappointing in both taste and quantity. The filling was insufficient, and the sandwich lacked flavor.
