Terms of Use
Version 1.0 — effective when published by Yummy Lebanon. Updates to this policy will be dated and announced.
1. Operator and contact
Yummy Lebanon Establishment operates Yummy Lebanon, an independent Lebanese restaurant-discovery and review platform. Contact yummy.Lebanon@gmail.com. Public contact locality: Feytroun, Lebanon. Additional statutory operator disclosures, where required, will be provided through the legally approved channel.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate account information, use an email address you control, safeguard your login and never impersonate another person or restaurant. Member accounts do not grant editorial, staff or restaurant-management privileges. We may restrict access for abuse, security risk or material breaches, subject to applicable law and fair review.
3. Reviews, ratings and independence
Post genuine experiences and truthful information. Do not fabricate visits, manipulate ratings, accept incentives for favorable scores, harass anyone, publish defamatory or knowingly false allegations, or disclose private information. Independent professional reviews and community submissions are distinct. Sponsored placements are identified and cannot purchase or change scores, verdicts or organic rankings. Opinions are not guarantees of a restaurant's quality, safety or availability.
4. Community contributions
By submitting content, you confirm you have the rights and lawful permission needed to submit it. You grant Yummy Lebanon a nonexclusive, limited license to host, store, reproduce and display that content to operate the service and handle moderation, without transferring copyright ownership. You remain responsible for your own submissions. We may investigate, restrict, preserve as evidence, correct or remove material under our Content and Moderation Policy and applicable law, including appeals.
5. Restaurant information and offers
Listings may include submitted or third-party business details; we work to correct inaccuracies but cannot guarantee every price, menu, opening hour or external link remains current. Restaurant operators are responsible for offers they submit. Any external booking, delivery or payment service has its own terms; Yummy Lebanon does not guarantee a transaction unless its own feature explicitly confirms one.
6. Copyright and trademarks
Yummy Lebanon's original content and branding remain protected. Do not reuse content without permission or applicable legal rights. Restaurant marks and materials are displayed for identification, directory information and authorized restaurant presentations, subject to rights and takedown requests. Send rights complaints to our published contact channel.
7. Privacy and requests
Read our Privacy Policy for categories of account and technical information, processing purposes, authorized recipients, retention and how to seek access, correction, deletion or object to processing. Users may request account deletion through their account settings where available or by contacting us; valid legal holds and statutory duties may apply.
8. Reporting and appeals
Report suspected fake reviews, abuse, defamation, privacy breaches, misleading promotions or intellectual-property infringement to yummy.Lebanon@gmail.com with the URL, concern, supporting context and a safe contact method. We review reports according to urgency and available evidence, may temporarily restrict content, and provide a route to contest moderation decisions. We do not guarantee automatic removal of every disputed negative opinion.
9. Availability, liability and changes
The service may change or be temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Lebanese law. Material changes will be dated and announced; where a fresh acceptance is necessary, we will request it before affected account features continue. These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, subject to mandatory applicable law.
